ABOUT

Hi, I’m Julianna (she/her)

I’m a Toronto-based product designer with a background in business and product management. I’ve spent my career partnering with early-stage startups, agencies, and Fortune 500s to design products across healthcare, wellness, travel, and entertainment, with a recent focus on AI-powered workflows.

I specialize in user experience and product strategy, bringing clarity to complex, high-stakes problems and shaping them into tools people not only rely on, but actually enjoy using. I also mentor early-career designers and build processes that help teams work smarter and move faster.

My passion is building technology that strengthens human connection, enhances our capabilities, and improves people’s lives.

What I believe in

  • Candid transparency

In my book, trust is built on a foundation of candour. I aim to create space for open dialogue with the people I work with, contributing to a culture that encourages vulnerability and allows us to make decisions as a team.

  • Staying curious

    Curiosity is contagious!

I value questioning the status quo, embracing the unknown, and prioritizing learning, and want to work with people who value the same.

  • Diversity and inclusion

I strive to design for all types of people so they see themselves in the work I contribute to the world.

Whether it's finding a sense of community through the apps we navigate or the teams we work with, everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and embraced.

  • Designing for good

With great power comes great responsibility. And even though designers aren’t Spiderman, I believe we have the power to shape the future pixel by pixel.

I’m a pragmatic optimist who believes in using design and technology as a tool to create a better future. I want to work with people who are motivated by helping others and making the world a better place for future generations.
